Magnetic excitations in the possible three-dimensional quantum spin liquid Y3Cu2Sb3O14
Abstract: We recently measured scattering from the above compound on the MERLIN spectrometer at 5 K and 150 K (RB2510065) assisted by Dr Adroja. There is evidence of low-energy magnetic scattering at 5 K. This will be confirmed at a low temperature like 2 K with the finer energy resolution available on OSIRIS. This will then allow us to submit a full proposal for probing the temperature dependence of magnetic excitations in this compound.
