Characterisation of single crystals of transparent conducting oxide: In2-xSnxO3
Abstract: The goal of this research is to determine the optimal dopant for indium oxide and elucidate the nature of the conduction and band structure. To achieve this, we require high-resolution crystal structure information on single crystals combined with detailed chemical stoichiometry measurements (XPS, EDX) and bulk studies (transport, UV-Vis absorption).
