The Remaining Methyl Halides
Abstract: The liquid structures of every room temperature methyl halide will be acquired to study their liquid structures. Seven methyl halides are liquids at RT, but previous measurements and recent Rapid Access beamtime has allowed the majority of samples and contrasts to be measured, and only 6 measurements are required, deuterated and 50:50 protiated/deuterated dibromomethane, bromoform, and methyl iodide.
