The Remaining Methyl Halides
Abstract: The C-H...pi interactions of liquid methyl halides with benzene are currently being analysed as part of RB2520202 (SANDALS), however, to extract information on how the solvation of benzene modifies halide-halide interactions, we must measure the pure liquid halide structure for comparison. Here, we request time to measure the pure methyl halides we have to hand.
