Hydrogen Bonding Between Carbon Nanotubes and Dimethylformamide
Abstract: Completing the story developed from MAPS and NIMROD, we will study the interactions between anionic single-walled carbon nanotubes and dimethylformamide to prove the presence of hydrogen-bonds which are involved in their surprising spontaneous dissolution. The interactions between nanocarbon surface and solvent are expected to have a significant importance in understanding and developing carbon-based supercapacitors, and provide a brand new class of hydrogen bonding.
