Bioformulation Phase Exploration with Autonomous, Multimodal SANS Experiments
Abstract: In this proposed experiment, we will study two bioformulation/surfactant systems using an automated sample preparation platform and artificial intelligence agent to guide the experiment. We will quantify each prepared composition with three measurement modes (SANS, light-scattering, viscosity) and the agent will use this information to optimally guide phase-mapping and property optimization campaigns. Beyond this, the created multi-modal datasets will be pubically released so that other researchers can develop new structureproperty relationships and theories on these systems.
