Investigating the magnetic structure of Yb3Fe5O12
Abstract: The iron garnets have since long been object of study for their unique magneto-optical properties. The plethora of research, conducted mostly between the 1960?s and the 1980?s, was insufficient to provide deep fundamental knowledge of the most established magnetic properties presented by those materials. Motivated by our recent developed model and by magnetometry data, we propose to study the magnetic structure of Yb3Fe5O12 in zero and applied magnetic fields using WISH.
