Adsorption of Bispecific Therapeutic Monoclonal Antibodies at the Air/liquid Interface by NR
Abstract: Following our previous neutron reflection study of interfacial adsorption of a bioengineered mAb called COE-3 and its fragments, the aim of this work is to determine how the two bioengineered bispecific mAbs (COE-7, COE-8) adsorb at the air/water interface against their concentrations, pH and ionic strength. As these two mAbs are highly modified, it is important to study how their adsorption is time-dependent under different concentrations and time so that these behaviours can be compared to the native mAb. We request Inter for following the dynamic changes by exploiting its high flux beam and the time event capability.
