CHIPIR Commercial: neutron test on Mosfet from STMicroelectronics
Abstract: the neutron test of MOSFET in Silicon and Silicon Carbide will be tested for automotive application.the test will be the product devices up to 1000V and we need your interlock system with our Keithely power supply.
