Magnetic structure and enhanced room-temperature multiferroicity in hexagonal Lu1-xA’xFeO3 (A’ = Sr, Zr, La, Nd)

Abstract: The enhancement of magnetic characteristics of Lu1-xA’xFeO3 (A’ = Sr, Zr, La, Nd) will be investigated in this work. Although substitution effects, in this case, are anticipated in the dilution of the magnetism, we see contrasting observations. This study is expected to uncover the complex boost of magnetism and its association with the magnetic structure. In general, this investigation will be significant in the understanding of various fundamental aspects of the wider family of RFeO3 multiferroics having the promising candidature for room-temperature applications.
