Mixing of phospholipids and block copolymers in a polymersome membrane
Abstract: We wish to measure polymersomes having a long PEO chain which we develop for radionuclide encapsulation and which we believe improves blood circulation in vivo. Specifically we wish to check for the inclusion of phospholipids into the polymersome. Hence we wish to utilise contrast matched SANS to identify the phospholipid and block copolymer by contrast matching each component.
