Nematic spin correlations in the detwined BaFe2-xNixAs2 with in-situ pressure control
Abstract: This experiment brings a new technique to the time of flight neutron scattering. With a device using micrometer to apply displacement on multiple springs, we can now make in-situ pressure control in uniaxial pressure detwining experiment. This proposal aims to investigate the nematic phase in iron based superconductors and its evolution with respect to temperature and pressure change.
