Interaction of thermo-responsive deutrated nanogels with lipid monolayer at the air water interface
Abstract: Drug delivery through skin is an important delivery route. However, the outermost layer of the skin provides a formidable barrier to dermal absorption and penetration for therapeutic agents. In this proposal we aim to investigate the interaction of a new class of delivery vehicles with an idealised model to mimic the organization of the human skin.
