Variable temperature structural study of oxides with low thermal conductivity
Abstract: The aim of the experiment is to investigate the temperature evolution of the crystal structure for two transition metal oxides with low lattice thermal conductivities. This will focus on the evolution of the structure (e.g. bond distances and angles) but also target the dynamics of the lattice vibrations through analysis of the thermal displacement parameters.
