In-gap excitons in CaFe2O4
Abstract: The proposal requests time to measure the low-energy excitations in CaFe2O4 as a function of temperature. Previous experiments have observed a series of in-gap states at high temperatures and the experiment will track the temperature dependence of these. OSIRIS is required given the good energy resolution.
