Neutron Diffraction Studies of Iron Silicate Glasses with Alkali Ion Inclusions
Abstract: The objective of this study is to examine the local structure of a set of Iron Silicate glasses containing a single alkali metal in order to understand the correlation of structure with magnetic behavior as the concentration of alkali changes for a given concentration of iron.
