Scaling Model for the adsorption of macromolecules at the oil-water interface
Abstract: The aim of this proposal is the application of the scaling model for the adsorption of proteins at the oil-water interface. The adsorbed amount for a series of oils as a function of protein concentrations will be determined at room temperature and the scaling function will be calculated in addition to full structural determination of the protein for three different oils.
