Cross-calibration of the ChipIR facility for SEE studies and evaluation for potential high-energy accelerator applications

Abstract: The neutron radiation field at the ChipIR facility will be evaluated through calibrated SRAM based detectors, with the objective of obtaining information related to the high-energy (>10 MeV) and thermal energy neutron fluxes, as well as the hardness of the spectrum. In addition, the use of the beam for possible board level qualification in the high-energy accelerator context will be assessed.
