Follwing in situ oxidation of lipids rafts by SANS
Abstract: The lateral organisation of lipids in the cell membrane is crucial for many biological processes, however techniques to follow this organization are scarce. We have developed a method to follow lipid phase separation in situ using SANS and wish to complete our study on changes to the organization of the lipids caused by oxidative damage.
